Traou Mad commits for the sustainable development and the respect of the environment


We make products with the shortest list of ingredients possible

We buy locally our butter and our flour is ground in Pont-Aven.

We constantly revise our ingredients and we systematicaly favour natural componants.

We produce during 4 days a week instead of 5 in order to save energy.

We sort our rubbish to be able to recycle to the maximum.

We modified the size of the packages to save spaces for transportation (less vehicule on the road).

We use progressively our know-how on organic produts: organic farming being environment friendlier.  We now propose galette, palet, and even organic crêpes dentelle.

We use palm oil for our APERICREPES resulting from exploitations of members of RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) which insure a respectful exploitation of the plantations.

 We participate in the programe of recycling of the packages in the different countries where we sell our products.

The plastic used for our crêpes dentelle trays are derived from the recycling of water bottles.
